MUSIC: Women in Music (Drummers)

It is not very common but a growing number of women who play instruments, especially drums. Thus, the number of female bands also increases. Emmanuelle Caplette made her debut at the age of 9 years old with the drum corps. She won several awards and puts many people in the pocket.

With great sensitivity and musical technique girls show that  can play and delight but better than many mens.

    It's very interesting womans playing drums. I like rock and roll I have accompaned the bands but i never see a woman with this instrument.

    Here in Brazil we have another woman who plays drums: Pitty. She already had another band, its name was "Shes". Whit another three girls, Pitty played an authentic Rock and Roll, but I think nowadays she turns a better musician, more professional.
