The word "fashion" comes from the latim "modus" and it means "way".It's a system that tracks clothing and time, which includes the use of clothes in the day-to-day a larger context, political, social and sociological. Think about the way people dressed in 50's, 70's and 80's. These changes are fashion, in this conception. Depicting these changes, fashion reflects the society around us and we are able to understand a group, a country or even a person, looking the way of dressing. And you, what do you think about it?

I think interesting to observe how one clothes can look so beautiful, so fashionable during some time and after, the same clothes can look so ugly that you ask yourself: how did I have the courage to wear this?

Cássia, it's a really interesting thing what you said....I remember when I was eighteen and it was usual to girls wear a skirt called "ballone"... I never saw anyone using this kind of skirt and now I think it's an awful item of clothing...But I used a lot in my teen years....

I can see greater concern with fashion for women. I have little influence of fashion to wear.For years I have opted to wear tennis shoes, jeans and polo shirt.

Yeah, Gracilene...I think clothing shows personality, too....some people use any kind of thing that they see at the magazines, without thinking about if they like or not...and Clóvis, it's true.....the most of the men don't care about fashion, but I see changes in it....it's interesting how young men, especially, use sometimes the same clothes, following the fashion trends...
